Our room was clean and ready early. It was a good location, west of the busy area. The staff was super friendly and it was just the right size and comfortable…the room and the property.

The room exceeded our expectations in every way- decor, cleanliness, amenities. Our sole criticism is not having a way to connect our streaming devices to the TV for entertainment. We ended up watching programs on my phone.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Arroyo Pinion Hotel. The only surprising and unsatisfactory thing was the very low-quality breakfast. It had us wishing we were at a Hampton Inn. After the first day we went out for breakfast every morning.

The hotel grounds are beautiful. It’s a wonderful place. The upstairs guests moving around is the only downfall of the hotel. We never received our rewards as promised though

We found a bug in our bed when we arrived and room just felt dirty. Pictures look a lot better than reality.
