We were on the first floor and could hear every footstep from the unit above. Staff was nice property overall is average at best. We did not have breakfast. The bed was awful!!!

Our room was very comfortable. No road noise a very quiet area . Staff very good. The lady who does breakfast area was outstanding !! Cleaned tables as soon as some left. Keep it well stocked etc. just need a business area. Apparently a lot of people work on vacation.

The staff were super friendly and the decor was beautiful! Great location, not too busy and easy to get places. Walls were a little thin so we could hear our neighbors and the pool was a little small, but there is so much to do that we were out and about a lot!

Loved the free breakfast and the Starbucks coffee in the room. Their heated pool was amazing along with the outdoor firepit. Very relaxing place to stay with beautiful views.

This is an older property that has been completely remodeled and updated for today's traveler. It is minutes from downtown Sedona. The rooms are very clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet is included and is very nice. If you are planning to stay here, bring your sign in codes for your streaming entertainment, like Hulu or Netflix, ESPN, ect. The televisions are basic Roku with no services included. You cannot even watch local news, weather and sports.
