I am a realtor with Coldwell Banker & met Arthur on a referral when I was purchasing a home in PA. It was a small loan on a second home, but he treated me like it was a million dollar loan. He was attentive & efficient, even speaking with me/emailing me after 10pm. The transaction was seamless & we closed just shy of 40days.
