I had a very good experience with Arthur. He complied with my request to lower the interest rate even though my rate was locked. Also, the expenses to secure the loan was very reasonable. He is very detailed oriented and reachable when you need.

Could not be happier with Arthur - he went out of his way to get us our house. Our loan situation was quite complex due to unique property features. Arthur was with us all the way - explaining how things work, guiding us through paperwork involved, working with his management to resolve questions, keeping us informed every step on the way, and being available when we needed him. We've got our loan. Highly recommend Arthur.

Art was a pleasure to work with. He helped me through the entire process (pre-qual, loan app, loan qualification). He was very helpful in our first phone conversation and ran me through different loan scenarios. His team is extremely pro-active, reaching out to me when necessary and also directly contacting the other parties to make sure we closed on time. I would highly recommend Art and his entire team.

Arthur has been fantastic for a 1st time buyer like me. He made this entire process a cake walk for my pre-approval, approval and the closing.
