Arthur was recommended to us, and being new to the area, we couldn't have been more pleased. After we found the home for which we wished to make an offer, Arthur was able to quickly turnaround a pre-approval letter, so that we could get our offer in. Arthur is reliable and knowledgeable. He helped me lock in a good rate before the rates spiked in January. He provided detailed explanations throughout the lending process and he also informed me of options that I could explore if my existing home didn't sell before the closing date of my new home.
