Arthur was very very knowledgeable and worked quickly with those underwriting the loan. This was a New Jersey purchase of which we were unfamiliar with the process. Our realtor highly recommended Arthur and said that he could get the job done quickly as time was limited in this transaction. From the moment Arthur started the mortgage application through to closing, the process was smooth and quick. His expertise and attention to detail impressed us and our attorney. We would recommend him to anyone.

We worked with Arthur back in 2018 when we bought our house and then again a few weeks ago when we refinanced our mortgage. He is a pleasure to work with and as first time home buyers (and first time refinancers) me and my wife can't recommended Arthur enough.

Arthur was excellent throughout the entire home buying process! I am a first time buyer and was updated by him and his team through every step of the way and in an organized fashion. My family strongly recommend to go Arthur for the mortgage application who is extremely fast, , always quick response, efficient and very friendly. We had originally applied our loan THREE months ago through a large bank with one of its offices near my home. But it turned out to be so painful experience, repeatedly asking for the same documents, very slow or no response most of the time, and kicking back and forth between their loan officer, loan processor, underwriter, and even manage/supervisor. Arthur was recommended to me by my real estate agent when the service from my first lender went downhill. I needed a quick efficient result and while in the end, I did not end up having Arthur handle my mortgage, it was one of the best professional experiences of my life. I've worked with Arthur to secure a mortgage on 2 properties over the past several years. He is very knowledgeable about the market, and knows the details on my situation so he can effectively recommend the best options for me. He also repeatedly (and happily) provided updates pre-approvals for me, as I considered several properties with wide ranges in price.
