Quick response and very helpful during my mortgage application. I never have imagined that I could still have met the closing date when I switched to Guaranteed Rate from my previous one which turned out problems. Arthur was recommended to us, and being new to the area, we couldn't have been more pleased. After we found the home for which we wished to make an offer, Arthur was able to quickly turnaround a pre-approval letter, so that we could get our offer in.
