Recently completed our refinance with Arthur and his team. This was our second transaction with him. He is honest, knowledgeable and truly wants the best for his clients. Just a few bullet points: - All closing cost estimations were provided very accurately - No hidden fees or things that we did not discuss during the application - Responds momentarily - even on the weekends - Was very flexible when the closing date had changed

Arthur was great; I highly recommend him; this was our third transaction with him. He has helped my family purchase homes and has made the process easy. Arthur and his team helped us at a time that no one else could! We would highly recommend Arthur. We really appreciated how available he was to answer our questions and provide info we needed. It helped us manage our anxiety. We were especially grateful his team was able to resolve a last minute issue with our home insurance agency that would have otherwise delayed our closing. He also had the foresight to advise us on extending our rate lock. Overall, Arthur and his team really made the whole process of getting a mortgage as smooth as possible.

Arthur was very very knowledgeable and worked quickly with those underwriting the loan. This was a New Jersey purchase of which we were unfamiliar with the process. Our realtor highly recommended Arthur and said that he could get the job done quickly as time was limited in this transaction.
