Arthur is reliable and knowledgeable. He helped me lock in a good rate before the rates spiked in January. He provided detailed explanations throughout the lending process and he also informed me of options that I could explore if my existing home didn't sell before the closing date of my new home.

He helped me got pre-approval letter on Sunday night to secure my dream home with only one day notice. Also helped me securing a great lender credit in the rate locking process.
