Arthur has been fantastic for a 1st time buyer like me. He made this entire process a cake walk for my pre-approval, approval and the closing. I have now closed 2 properties with Arthur and his knowledge, responsiveness and consistent follow through have been par excellence. I worked with Arthur and he was very helpful. My loan ran into some issues and he did not give up! There was a point where I had lost hope, but Arthur kept pushing and got the job done! I would recommend him for anyone, especially those who think they might not be able to do it.
