We would highly recommend Arthur. We really appreciated how available he was to answer our questions and provide info we needed. It helped us manage our anxiety. We were especially grateful his team was able to resolve a last minute issue with our home insurance agency that would have otherwise delayed our closing. He also had the foresight to advise us on extending our rate lock. Overall, Arthur and his team really made the whole process of getting a mortgage as smooth as possible.

Arthur was very very knowledgeable and worked quickly with those underwriting the loan. This was a New Jersey purchase of which we were unfamiliar with the process. Our realtor highly recommended Arthur and said that he could get the job done quickly as time was limited in this transaction. From the moment Arthur started the mortgage application through to closing, the process was smooth and quick. His expertise and attention to detail impressed us and our attorney.
