Arthur and his team were extremely helpful in making our deal happen. The deal was not easy at all and they made it happen. The were very friendly, responding super quick, i'd say same minutes. Arthur and his team is fantastic. I have been a customer of a major bank, we’ll just call it w f, for decades and have a very strong credit and a business account there as well. That bank dragged me along for months and then finally offered a refinance at a crazy rate that they knew I would never accept. That was after decades of being a loyal customer. Some thanks!! Arthur and his team, which includes the two Jessicas, were to the point and got the job done. No problem. They were great !!

Between new mortgages and refi i have gone thru the process about 8 times. Originally my realtor recommended Arthur. I wasnt sure if my realtor got a something for recommending me so I shopped out the mortgage myself. It turns out Arthur was lower than every other mortgage company. I never ran into an issue where they didnt get my paperwork. Everything was smooth. I have sent two others his way and they are very happy
