So, I tend now to make a big deal of stuff but when you sign up for 30 years you kind of have to. Got Arthur's name from a friend of a friend who was highly recommended. I take all recommendations with a grain of salt and even more so have loyalty to friends and family NOT institutions. Recently completed our refinance with Arthur and his team. This was our second transaction with him. He is honest, knowledgeable and truly wants the best for his clients. We got a great rate and our refinance was turned around quickly. During the process I had a lot of questions and they were very responsive. Arthur and his team helped us at a time that no one else could! We would highly recommend Arthur. We really appreciated how available he was to answer our questions and provide info we needed. It helped us manage our anxiety. We were especially grateful his team was able to resolve a last minute issue with our home insurance agency that would have otherwise delayed our closing. He also had the foresight to advise us on extending our rate lock. Overall, Arthur and his team really made the whole process of getting a mortgage as smooth as possible.

My experience was seem less! The proses was completely stress free. Arthur took care of everything in a timely manner. Always kept me informed and got me the best possible rate!!!!
