I needed a lender for my home purchase, and my realtor recommended Arthur. I was extremely happy with the service. He returned calls, texts and emails promptly. The best thing was that he answered all of my questions, and he explained the process thoroughly. I have a lot of confidence in Arthur and his team, and I would definitely use them again!

My family strongly recommend to go Arthur for the mortgage application who is extremely fast, , always quick response, efficient and very friendly. We had originally applied our loan THREE months ago through a large bank with one of its offices near my home. But it turned out to be so painful experience, repeatedly asking for the same documents, very slow or no response most of the time, and kicking back and forth between their loan officer, loan processor, underwriter, and even manage/supervisor. Arthur was recommended to me by my real estate agent when the service from my first lender went downhill. I needed a quick efficient result and while in the end, I did not end up having Arthur handle my mortgage, it was one of the best professional experiences of my life. He was responsive, took calls at any time of the day or night and provided multiple options to close my loan. I've worked with Arthur to secure a mortgage on 2 properties over the past several years. He is very knowledgeable about the market, and knows the details on my situation so he can effectively recommend the best options for me. He also repeatedly (and happily) provided updates pre-approvals for me, as I considered several properties with wide ranges in price. I would certainly choose to work with Arthur again, should the need arise. I enjoy working with him.

My husband and I started with a big bank lender at the beginning of our process of buying our house. We were extremely disappointed with the way we were treated and how they misrepresented the numbers. After dropping the first lender, our realtor recommended Arthur's services. Quick response and very helpful during my mortgage application. I never have imagined that I could still have met the closing date when I switched to Guaranteed Rate from my previous one which turned out problems.
