very disappointing. i would not recommed Arthurs nor would I go there again. Food was mediocre and the service was absolutely abysmal. Al Bernaits is the same price and much better.
Main courses are excellent and sides are too. Deserts were a disappointment as they seem to try to be too creative and, in doing so, they stray too far from tradition. The creme brulee was nothing like what we were expecting. More like a cake than creme. Won't be ordering that one again.
No, I would never recommend this place ever. This was our 10 year anniversary and birthday celebration. The location near the kitchen was horrible, the server never checked on us, our water never got filled until I said something, the lamb was raw when I requested well done, the sea food taste old. I could go on and one thinking about contacting the Heath department. I was very disappointed.

the food was above and beyond the waiter kept telling me what i wanted to eat he talked over me and i had to argue with him to get what i wanted . the Valet parking the guy opened my door first instead of my dates . over all had a good dinner but the service was not there and after a 250 $ bill i would have expected more
Nice live music in background, food is nothing special- no value for expensive price. Above all else - the place is for seniors. People in their 50s will feel like the young bucks in the room.
Valentines Had to wait 20 min for a table reservation 3 weeks in advance
When walking into the restaurant was impressed of what it look like but very early on was disappointed. The tables were too close to each other and every time a waiter needed to go to another table they were bumping into our chairs or chairs at the other tables. There wasn't a large crowd on the night I dined there but the service was super slow. The leather in the booths were both torn and warn out. Was very disappointed.
Great steak and seafood. Service slow between provided bread and ordering. Dining Staff was also strangely cold and distant from their patrons. Very strange dated and distant vibe and ambiance from the staff and attitude of the place. Albeit a Tuesday night, bar area was essentially empty, and only about 9 tables occupied and the quasi-live recording assisted bar music was bad 70-80s easy listening from area singers who probably been singing there for 20-30 years...killing me softly comes to mind.
