RecommendedWe loved their product, in our case a swirl light fixture. Had many positive comments about this light. Unfortunately it faulted and the customer service was amazing. We had a replacement within 2 days of contacting . Kudos andnwill highly recommend artka.

We purchased 4 of their lights and one of them was obviously a customer return that had been overlooked. What did they do? They sent us a new one in record time. We can't say enough about these guys!

RecommendedHubby broke one of the glass cylinders surrounding one of our pendant lights. Dug up the paperwork and contacted customer service by email. Recieved a response very quickly. Told me the info I needed to provide to ensure I ordered the correct replacement. Received a quote, instructions were very clear how to proceed with an order. Super impressed with their customer service!

I asked for a refund for a recent order I made because the product does not fit my space ( too big ) and I got a response within 24 hours , got the refund processed immediately and as a courtesy got to keep the product .
