I had purchased in March 2022 three Pendant Lights to go over our bar in the kitchen. Two of the lights quit burning within a very short time. I called Artika and spoke to Tony told him the story and he sent me two replacements they just came today 06/18/22. Artika handled this so superbly and very quickly I will be a customer for ever. Fixtures with peeling film were replaced, delivered to my door. Excellent service taking charge of the issue. Follow up by service personnel. Incredibly courteous & effective after sales service. Artika stand behind their products and fulfill warranty. I will definitely recommend their products and purchase again without hesitation!
