Very good customer service. Online support chat site is very efficient. It tooks only few minutes from reporting a defect to getting the replacement reference#. And the replacement came after 4 days. Recommend Artika.

Hubby broke one of the glass cylinders surrounding one of our pendant lights. Dug up the paperwork and contacted customer service by email. Recieved a response very quickly. Told me the info I needed to provide to ensure I ordered the correct replacement. Received a quote, instructions were very clear how to proceed with an order.
