We bought our Artika pendant lights at Home Depot about a year ago. We broke one of the globes and was able to buy a new one. Then one of the LED lights went bad. We contacted Artika and they responded quickly detailing what was needed to get a warranty replacement. It was sent out within a week. Very good customer service.

I had a problem with a ceiling light. Contacted the 1866 661 9606 number and was promptly answered by a very friendly and helpful Nicole who investigated for me and opened a service ticket for me. No hassle, no runaround, just a few questions about purchase date and voila done. The whole process was less than 8 minutes. Thank you ARTIKA.
We loved their product, in our case a swirl light fixture. Had many positive comments about this light. Unfortunately it faulted and the customer service was amazing. We had a replacement within 2 days of contacting . Kudos andnwill highly recommend artka.
We love Artika! They have excellent products and the bonus is that it is coupled with excellent service. We purchased 4 of their lights and one of them was obviously a customer return that had been overlooked. What did they do? They sent us a new one in record time. We can't say enough about these guys!
Very good customer service. Online support chat site is very efficient. It tooks only few minutes from reporting a defect to getting the replacement reference#. And the replacement came after 4 days. Recommend Artika.
