Explaining the credit pull process a bit better. I think there was confusion about the point system regarding our house and pulling credit when it was deemed almost ready but not meeting the point system requirements. My husband and I would not have allowed the extra pulls if we had known that. Also the times we can lock in our interest rate was confusing as well.

It would have been better if your clients are told before hand to put all their money in one account. There are so many things in fine print that realistically one can’t read in its entirety
