We would have gone thru a previous Realtor and Financer. We moved from Missouri and the lack of communication concerning our loan and closing date cost us two weeks living expenses. We would have spent less money paying our Realtor 8%. Keeping everything in house with KB Homes was presented as being a smooth, easy way to buy your home. NOT TRUE! I feel Awful to give such a bad review, but truly would tell anyone to get your own Realtor and not finance thru KB.

Some things that happened with the lending side of were not Arturo’s fault. I had two prior kB reps who quit and left me hanging and I sent emails that went unanswered. Art was better than they were but he was not as communicative as the sales and construction manager were. They kept me informed every step of the way. With Art, it just wasn’t there. In fact one time he asked me when my closing date was. If my sales agent and construction manager knew the date why didn’t he.

Commination, organization, advice, an actual relationship with the clients, sense of concern, basic customer service skills. At a minimum, these things were lacking.
