I have been an Aruza client for some 5 years now. I’ve had service that has been good and I’ve had service that has been terrible. If you don’t watch them in my experience they will totally skip service. I’ve had to call them back on several occasions. But if you aren’t there to tell them what services they should be providing it’s a waste of money. That and they will harass your entire neighborhood weekly to try and get more clients. it’s a scam don’t fall for it
Product does not work. I should not have to contact a company every 14 days to report issues with their service. Now stuck with texts and emails about being past due. No response from Aruza. Do not purchase their product.
Stupid aholes can’t read no solicitation signs.
Our neighborhood has multiple no solicitation signs through out it and coming into our neighborhood yet Aruza Pest Control thinks it’s okay to come knocking on peoples doors multiple times a week waking up my kid that is napping playing stupid like you didn’t just talk to me days prior and I said no. Not to mention I saw on my camera that someone was knocking on my door making my dog go insane at 8pm at night while I was at my daughter’s soccer game. The sales representative lied about offering me pest control services at $45 semi annually and after my initial payment they tried to charge me monthly and when I called to cancelled they stated I would have to pay over $200. I would not recommend this company to anyone ever.
Nothing but lying thieves. never let them on your property!!!!
