Do not recommend! Seems to spray water because even with follow up every month, we continue to have a problem. Tried to end service and they want $275 for cancellation fee. I have cancelled payment with bank.
clearly they lack reading comprehension, since no soliciting and no trespassing signs mean nothing to them.
This place is HORRIBLE. They sell you on their “in-depth pest control”. Can’t even get the techs to come out and do the FULL job they sold me on. I’ve had 3 techs come out, each one had a different excuse of why they couldn’t complete the job. They forced a tech to come out to my house when I said I was perfectly fine with one coming out the next day and they said “absolutely not we are coming today,” Then the tech refused to go into my backyard because it was “too late”. This place is a scam. They told my 80 year old mother that she was signing ONLY for an inspection. But it was actually a contract for service that she did not want.
they need to get on the same page with the door to door sales man and also honor the contract they make you sign
Used this company years ago with less than stellar service (which is why we moved in to another company). Today we had one of their door to door salesman refuse to take “NO” for an answer. Refused to leave our property when he was asked multiple times. To the point that we had to chase him off to get him away from our house. Would NEVER recommend or use this company again!!! Look elsewhere if you need pest control!
they are currently in the sierra vista neighborhood in Rosharon and they are very unprofessional. they continue to knock multiple times and when they get turned around they are very disrespectful.
one of your sales staff (ethan) out of orlando servicing ocala fl stopped by to try to sell me pest control. However he approached my kids made them super uncomfortable to the point they had to come inside. Asked him to leave and he refused threatened to call the cops and I was informed that they were not going to do anything but respect the hustle. Your employees keep visiting our community Marion Oaks in Ocala, Florida. Your salesman are very pushy when they are told that we do not want to purchase with them.
