Made the mistake of switching to Aruza from Orkin. I answered a knock on my door and was persuaded to switch. In the beginning technicians were very personable and friendly. The price for service is convincing but good luck getting techs to follow through with appointments. I’ve only had service for 3 months. 1 initial service and two missed, no call no show appointments. Voicemails as well as emails have gone unanswered which led me here. They don't really treat for pest. They double take out of your account without even doing their job. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT MONEY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. IF THEY COME TO YOUR DOOR TRYING TO GET YOUR BUSINESS TELL THEM TO GET GONE.
They show up past 6pm to knock on your door and want to do business. Please stop sending people that look like minors (less than 18 and I swear could pass for 12 sometimes) to my house at 8:30pm at night! The sun is going down, why would be be going door to door when people are going to bed soon.
Do not use aruza pest control for a damn thing. They were supposed to come spray inside of our house the 24th of July,after spraying the outside on the 21st of July, and at 130 that afternoon, I had a guy knock on my door telling me,1. He didn't know what he was doing 2.they were going to reschedule it for that Thursday for the same time as the 24th. Which was between four and six. Sales people ignore “no soliciting” signs and ring your doorbell anyway. They use the tired old line, “we’re servicing homes in your neighborhood and can do your house for cheap while we’re here”. They get very pushy when you when you say no. I couldn’t recommend Aruza less.
This company has sent solicitors to our no solicitation neighborhood and when the man were asked to leave our home we were told they would return at a later date with their “friends”. I would never do business with a company that allows this kind of behavior- I have reached out to the local branch and was told they would let the manager know!
I have tried to cancel with Aruza pest control several times because I was moving and no longer needing services. They continue to charge my account even though no services are being done and I no longer live there and I’m furious. The last time I spoke with them they told me that they will submit my cancellation for review. Are you SERIOUS???!!! I dont need a review to end my service if i no longer live at that address!
