I signed up with Azura Pest control last June, I signed up for two homes. Mine and daughters home. I never received a text message of when they were to come, only emails that my money had been taken out of my account! I called in the beginning of March because my home had not been serviced and I as asking questions as to why they were taking my money but not serving my home! What the marketer pitches for a sale while soliciting through neighborhoods is certainly not the same service and process followed once you sign your name!!! Would NOT recommend!!
I signed a 1 year contract for pest control back in May or June. Kind of sucks to keep watching that $50 draft every month until I can drop them while still having pest issues.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called aruza to close my account in November and December because I am moving out of the country. And Aruza is trying to charge me for future months. They are thieves. I want my account closed. Also, not only did they not show up for service in November but they want to continue to charge me for future services where I won't even have a house to be serviced. I want my account closed.
Tech stated that he completed a service, but never stepped foot on my property. But best believe they’ll keep charging you. I’ve never had this happen before. Such a shame.
The people who work at the Columbia, SC branch are all professional and kind. The product itself, however, has done nothing for our ant and mosquito problems. Even re-servicing doesn’t seem to help. For us, it has been a huge waste of money. Our DIY at home treatments worked better. Avoid this company. We’re locked into a year long contract with a high cancellation fee for a service that doesn’t work. We paid for the silver plan. They didn't help with the carpenter bees, which we paid extra for. They do not come out routinely. In fact, they only come after we call them. Yet, they keep drafting our payment
Tech stated that he completed a service, but never stepped foot on the property. Integrity is a must in any business. I was informed that this is not the first time this tech had done this. There is no real point of contact to voice your concerns.
They go door to door looking for service. I will never hire anyone who rings my doorbell. Learn to market your services where you are not intruding on people. One of the sales people asked my neighbor for a bottle of water. How inappropriate and unprofessional. Would never hire this company based on their sales approach.
