This company is run by a crook. The owner is more concerned about ripping off his clients, both property owners as well as renters, so he can pay the note on his rental Lamborghini. His entire staff are incompetent losers that dont have the grey matter to flip burgers. Look for other rental agencies, stay clear of these idiots.
They have very poor customer service. I moved into a property December of 2022 and it was being managed by synergy property management, in october of 2023 Ascend took over the lease from synergy, I contacted them about renewing my lease since it was a new property management. They told me that I am to just adhere to the same lease that I had with synergy. So that it what I did. Extremely unethical company Mass tort would be good! Intentionally violates the law to oppress the disabled: discrimination. Retaliates: 1. Property management Owner required that I delete a truthful review before issuing my security deposit. 2. Maintainence requests were cancelled after I requested a Certificate of Occupancy which, would increase property tax for the home owner but, would allow me to utilize 911 among other benefits.
