RecommendedI hired Julie of Ascend Property Management to find a tenant for my home, and I was extremely satisfied with her service. They found me a tenant immediately and did a great job marketing the property on the internet and took great photos. I love their client management website which allows me to see exactly what is going on with the property, and they made the entire process in regards to paperwork and getting the property ready for tenants easy!

I moved out of my rental house with Ascend on December 18, 2024. Legally this company had 21 days to send me the return on my deposit, they have claimed they mailed it on January 7, yet it is January 14 and I still have not received it and the only answer they have is "just give it some more time." I have not been provided any proof they actually sent my deposit back, although I have been asking for proof of this. I was unaware it takes over a week to get a simple letter in the mail.
