I went to a presentation on 7/1/23 and the presenter Luis Ortiz was Incredible and very knowledgeable. He listened to all my questions and concerns and explained everything. Ms. Lilly was also adorable and awesome, I loved their spirits and they were very friendly. Keep up the great work.

Very good service, place was great, very clean and comfortable. Pool is good and we had a great time. Mariola greeted us at the entrance her service was great.

I have had the pleasure of using this program for a couple of years. It has been an easy process. The last trip I took using the service was to Las Vegas in August of 2022. I had a great time and the resort was in the perfect location. I have had exceptional assistance with booking. The representatives have been most helpful, friendly and patient. I am eager to take full advantage of all the benefits that I have with Ascendant Holiday. .

On 12/29/2022 I purchased a Ascendant Holiday vacation package and I am so happy. My concierge was able to put my vacation package together and my wife and I didn't have to worry. The concierge "Juan Minyetty" is very polite and professional to all our needs. Thank you Jose A. Morales
