very good at making sure you are dealing with the right account, I appreciate the fact that they always checking the identify of the person they are dealing with
I needed to transfer money and I don't use on line banking. This means I make 2 or more calls a month to the ask a person to do this. The wait is usually short and the staff is friendly and helpful. I am so happy that I can talk to a real person as apposed to pushing numbers on the phone. And yes I have been a member for 30 years or more. That means I am not a kid and value the personal service I receive from Acentra.
I wasn't sure what to do about my compromised debit card. I was given great advice and a way to get out of town funds.
I was in a hurry to get to work and I was short with the conversation but the Teller was understanding and very professional and pleasant. Thank you for your great service

I'm always treated nice and all of the employees are so friendly. If we have a concern it's resolved as quickly as possible. They are very quick to get ahold of us if there is a fraudulent attempt on our account. What more can I say their great. We're members of the Muscatine Ascentra.
Was able to walk in pay and do banking as well as change address all very quickly and smoothly
