Before I got an account I was so eager. We was offered $375 in bonuses for signing on, it was actually a promotion. We got saving and checking loyal customers. Sad to say we never got a dime. So no I'm not happy!

Was asked what language do I prefer to conduct this transaction? I was shocked when asked and then asked the teller to repeat the question. She again stated what language do you prefer? I understand not everyone in America or that conducts business at your bank primary language is English, I would guarantee that the majority does and if a person doesn’t it should be on them to ask for an interpreter.

Well I moved my money out because I have NEVER been late on anything and got refused a credit card. Money is now at my main credit union. Pays attention. I know 69k doesn’t mean that much to you but deny me a card geez. Your drive through person that has a name I can’t even spell is always rude prompting me to come in to avoid.
Credit Card services only became worse after the update with no change.
The teller was rude and pissy. You could plainly see her frustration and attitude. Was very disappointed,in all my years as a member. And be greeted with attitude and rudeness totally inexcusable. Others on line were complaining about her as well. Moline location n Saturday 10/12
