When I view my Ascentra Credit card on the app I can't read the amount charged for previous purchases. I can read pending amounts. When will this be fixed?

I have been with these people since high school. I attempted a house refinance and all they could say is COVID says no... My credit score is over 825 for years and these people treat you like trash. I'm on my way out. Just takes the right people.
Worst bank/credit union I have ever dealt with. They steal more from members than wells fargo. I trust the CIA more than I would ever trust Ascentra CU
