I have banked with multiple different banks around the area. My debit card from Ascentra has been hacked no less than 5 times. Their replacement card policy is terrible it take 10 business days to receive a new card and if something goes wrong and the new card doesn’t show up it’s another 10 business days they give you an ATM card then still charge you the ATM fees. Other institutions you walk in and walk out with a new card the same day. Their staff is less than helpful in every situation. It’s absolutely terrible.

Ladies were rude in the debit card department. Talked down to me and I had to ask repeatedly for help. Seems like they were not interested in doing their job.
Since July of 2022, I’m still unable to view the month to month changes that are happening on my mortgage. Online or with the mobile app.
Teller working drive-through on Monday morning, June 6, 2022, was once again rude; she works at the N. 2nd St. location in Clinton. Teller barely spoke, did not confirm my withdrawal amount and gave me the incorrect amount. I did not address this to her because I did not want to have to deal with her arrogant attitude again like I had to twice when I went inside the branch. We do all our banking through Ascentra Credit Union. My step-father passed away in April and I opened an estate account through the bank he banked through. After jumping through hoop after hoop and still not getting help (paying off his $42 credit card). I thought why am I going through all the headaches when I can just open an account at Ascentra. When I view my Ascentra Credit card on the app I can't read the amount charged for previous purchases. I can read pending amounts. When will this be fixed?
Very unprofessional happy I got rid of my car and go threw somewhere else to pay my for my new car was nothing but a headache
