Money was pulled from wrong accountÂ
I applied for a $20,000 home equity loan, thought since I owned my home I wouldn't have a problem. Your site says even if you have crappy credit there was still a chance to be approved. The $$ would've came out of my checking acct. Don't getting repaid NOT an issue. However it seems you HAVE to have PERFECT CREDIT in order to secure a loan if any kind. 😢Â
Ascentra I now consider one of the worst financial institutions in the Quad Cities. My mortgage history within online banking has not worked on over a year. On top of that my escrow analysis has not been performed since I opened my mortgage in 2019, now I owe money.Also, there has been fraud on my account twice this year. I cannot catch a break with this financial institution.Â
I have been told no on the last 2 loan application's I did. I don't like the word No. I will be searching for another credit union to move my accounts intoÂ
still have not been called back or contacted on an application i have applied forÂ
I wish you didn't discriminate on people that have filed bankruptcy to help them find a home. I may not be with this institution much longer.Â
