The teller was rude and pissy. You could plainly see her frustration and attitude. Was very disappointed,in all my years as a member. And be greeted with attitude and rudeness totally inexcusable. Others on line were complaining about her as well. Moline location n Saturday 10/12

The previous person I worked with was all around better to deal with. I will not be using the Muscatine branch for any future lending.

I applied for a $20,000 home equity loan, thought since I owned my home I wouldn't have a problem. Your site says even if you have crappy credit there was still a chance to be approved. The $$ would've came out of my checking acct. Don't getting repaid NOT an issue. However it seems you HAVE to have PERFECT CREDIT in order to secure a loan if any kind. 😢

Ascentra I now consider one of the worst financial institutions in the Quad Cities. My mortgage history within online banking has not worked on over a year. On top of that my escrow analysis has not been performed since I opened my mortgage in 2019, now I owe money.Also, there has been fraud on my account twice this year. I cannot catch a break with this financial institution.
