We were referred to Ashley from a family member who told us they have much better quality furniture. We didn't have one in our area so we went to Courtenay to check it out. We found everyone there such a pleasure to deal with: friendly, knowledgable, helpful, professional, and always there for us. It was clear our happiness with the product is important. Was very happy with the customer service! Walked in, told Meagan what I was looking and she had it up on the screen Nd bought it! Everyone there made me feel like I was a regular customer! Way to go Meagan you were awesome. Going back and definitely recommend Ashley’s Home Furniture!

I was impressed by the warm, attentive customer service, excellent selection, and the chairside table I ordered was in perfect condition and required very little assembly.
My visit was positive. We received a friendly greeting when we came in. Wendy was professional and courteous in helping us with our needs.
