Visited the London Ashley’s home store … three times. Got excellent service. Stephanie served us .. and was knowledgeable and had a very upbeat personality, and made us feel very welcomed, never rushed, and never pressured to buy. We did buy.. sofa and loveseat. The entire experience was fantastic. We got excellent service and do not hesitate at all to recommend Ashley’s as the BEST overall shopping experience !

We went in just to look- but our sales associate, Christopher was extremely helpful with his demo (even using a metal needle to illustrate how tough the potential couch was) that we ordered one on the spot! Very friendly, not pushy and great experience.
