When the bed was first delivered, it came with missing parts, and the installation was left incomplete. I bought 2 bed’s from Ashley they said I have 24 months to pay I find out from the financial company it only 12 months now being charged 36 percent interest can’t get a hold of anyone at Ashley to straighten it out

The customer service are rude. They don’t want to help you. Argumentative. They ****** my elder Dad off and now they won’t fix the problem. We bought a sofa bed from them and within a month the frame was bending on the left side causing the bed to sink in (for reference, I weigh 190 pounds). We kept calling their "automated text services" to finally get someone to get out here to either fix it or replace it. Finally they ask us to take a picture of the damage component so they can order it. I purchased a table which was damaged due to the delivery people scratching the table on the street. I called and filed a complaint. Ashley Furniture ****** refused to send a new table. They wanted to touch up the table. I did not pay for a scratch and sent item. I have called many times and the issue has never been resolved from November 2023.

Ashley Furniture does not stand behind its products and has the worst customer service *********** First of all, they do not do exchanges on defective merchandise and all complaints must be done through the customer service department. The service representative (one in particular) was not very helpful or professional when we wanted to know the process to get the situation rectified.
