The store has a wide selection of furniture for every budget. On line there is a service rep to help. It’s an easy shopping experience all around .

Most of their stuff was not our taste or way too pricy, but in the end we did manage to find a good deal on something we liked. So the long term quality of the item remains to be seen, but we are optimistic that it will hold up well. It seemed better quality than most of their items. Staff was good, gave us space but remained avaliable for questions. So not pushy or too distant and unavaliable. Just the right combo for our needs.

Purchased Larce couch Feb 10th, 2025. I got it at the beginning of March. The April chaise lounge was sunk in after 1 month. A representative came out and changed cushions on all pieces. They said if the 5-year warranty is not taken, lesser cushions are given instead of the high-density cushion. I had a couch for 10 years, gave it to my son as it was still in great shape and he needed a couch. It was a couch from *** ******still in better shape than this couch. Ashley Customer service line is terrible! They do not understand how to quickly solve an issue. I bought a bed and nightstands and the bed was defective. The sideboard didn’t click into the foot board and the footboard needed to be replaced. Everytime we called, they didn’t seem to understand our request to simply have a new footboard delivered. They wanted to send out a technician, then decide how to fix the issue all while I didn’t have a bed to sleep in. The whole process would have taken 2-3 weeks. We had to go to the As... read more

Extremely disappointed with Ashley HomeStore’s handling of a warranty claim and billing error. In December 2023, I purchased furniture worth about $****** from the Ashley HomeStore ** ** ******** **** *** ********In September 2025, I made a claim for one damaged bed. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and warranty process for my mattress. A coil is protruding from inside the mattress, which is a serious safety hazard—especially with kids at home.
