The sales person we had was wonderful. His name was Dave. He was very helpful and informative about our selection and the possible problems that could arise when trying to get it into a house such as the size of the couch being larger than the standard size of the house doors. Thankfully, for as I was not a problem, but to have a sales associate that is aware of that information and is upfront about, it was rather refreshing. He was not pushy by any means and we were very happy to do business with that individual.

Rocco was very knowledgeable, straight forward, efficient, easy to talk with. He knew the products and processes well. My wife and I really did not walk the showroom floor long. Upon entry, Rocco greeted us. Told us where most mechanical opening couches were (we ended up with electrical -how the couch and love seat set were designed met our specific requirements). We walked the showroom probably less than 2 -3 minutes.
