They did a good job, I was satisfied.
We needed a dedicated circuit in order to install a sauna in our basement. He installed one.
Although they had difficulty finding replacement parts, the electrician was punctual and very professional.
Technician was prompt, worked quickly and quietly, and was professional.
Great service. Showed up on time and was extremely cooperative and accommodating to small changes requested. Pleasant and professional. Could not be more satisfied.
Installer arrived on time and was both friendly and professional. He worked with the replacement light fixture to improvise a part that was missing from the box (saved me a trip back to the home store). He also took time to explain the set-up of the fan remotes and insured the 2 identical units were on different frequencies to avoid signal interference.
Excellent, the repairman quickly diagnosed the problem. The problem was that a run of underground wiring had failed and the work involved trenching and replacing the wire. The repairman gave me detailed instruction on the steps to repair and I told him I would try to do it. He said to simply call them if I encountered any problems. I did not and then the bill I received was a pleasant surprise as the repairmen only charged a trip charge and nothing for the hour he spent at my house. It went very well. They came out the same day and coordinated the work with the plumber.
