Excellent. Came promptly and I would use them again.
They were very courteous, prompt and good clean up.
Everything was great except for the price. They charge a $70.00 trip charge, a $4.00 surcharge, $160.00 for the the work, and $20.00 for the material.
Steve came out to do an estimate. He seemed extremely knowledgeable. He was very pleasant and professional and wasted no time. He was thorough and helpful. Gary and Brian came out to do the work. They were both professional and seemed capable. Gary was particularly jolly. Neither of them wasted any time. They wore booties to avoid tracking mud. Wonderful!!! Showed up on time. Did the work fast and cleaned up very well. I was very happy with their work and would hire for my next electrical job. Keep up the great work Jim and Chris.
The work was scheduled for between 8AM and noon. I received a call around 7:30 and was told that someone would arrive in approximately 1/2 an hour. The employee (Gary) arrived at approximately 8:15 and went straight to work. I am very nervous when having someone in my home doing work, but he made us feel very relaxed and answered all questions without making us feel ignorant. They arrived on time and completed the work as promised. Despite the difficulties of putting new wiring into an 80 year old house, they found a way to install the outlets where I wanted them with no interior conduits. They were professional and familiar with older construction. I will definitely hire them again.
The lady in the office who answers the phone and schedules appointments is very polite and efficient. Jim and Walt, the two electricians who did my work this time, were SUPER. I needed to have things done as efficiently and cheaply as possible and they made wonderful suggestions regarding how money could be saved by doing things a little differently. Upon contacting the company and asking for an estimate, Steve Bryson came out and I explained what I thought we wanted in the basement, with the caveat that my wife might want to make changes before the plans were finalized. Steve wrote up the estimate and emailed it to us. We accepted the estimate, and Jim Pursell arrived shortly before 8 am on the scheduled morning.
