They did a great job. He was very precise with his estimate, they were on time, professional, and very polite. I called the owner, and he always returned my call immediately. It was nice having a contact person.
Fantastic job from start to finish. Steve is an experienced electrician who is now a sales consultant for Ashpaugh. He's a good communicator and could probably train new electricians. He responded quickly via both phone and e-mail. He came to our house twice: First was to give an original estimate, where he had responded to every item on the inspection report before even seeing the house. Ashpaugh showed up when they were scheduled. They did a great job, kept the shed clean of debris and the gentlemen were very polite and easy to talk to each day.
THEY WERE GOOD, THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, THEY CLEANED AFTER THEMSELVES, AND DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO.
They came on time and were pleasant, but didn't waste my time with idle chit-chat. They needed to come back, and did so on time and completed the installation quickly. I would definitely use them again.
Professionalism and high quality work.
Power was out in part of the house. Worked us in quickly and made the repairs and explained what had gone wrong. Had them look at another issue while there and that turned out to be more extensive. completed the repair. Later, power to a ceiling fan stopped. They returned and it turned out to be very minor.
