WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN!!! NOT ONLY WAS THIS A GREAT EXPERIENCE, BUT THE SERVICE MAN, MIKE SLOAN, WAS GREAT. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, SHOWED UP ONTIME BOTH DAYS AND HAD THE REPLACEMENT OF MY GARBAGE DISPOSAL FINISHED IN NO TIME. HE CALLED AS HE STATED PRIOR TO COMING. HE OFFERED DIFFERENT SERVICES AS TO WHAT HIS COMPANY COULD DO FOR ME. THIS WAS A WARRANTY CALL FROM MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY, IF I HAVE ANY OTHER PLUMBING NEEDS, I WILL DEFINITELY REQUEST THEM. We love Mike! Mike Sloan has been to our house three times, and while we are never happy to have plumbing issues, we are always thrilled to see him. He is friendly, professional, courteous, and does excellent work. He always explains what he is doing, is extremely thorough, and fixes the issue(s) to our satisfaction. Our daughter, age 15 months, also loves him!
totally pain free process Mike Sloan arrived on time, unclogged my bathroom sink, and didn't leave a mess. He actually came back to tell me he'd hadn't given me the 10 disscount for booking online.

Thorough, helpful, confident and prompt. I was referred to ASI Plumbing through my home warranty company, when I was experiencing water temperature issues. I must say, I was a bit disappointed with the first serviceman they sent out. He wasn't very informative, and didn't end up fixing the problem. However, when I called ASI to complain, they got it right the second time around.
