From the moment Will Atwater from Aspen Contracting rang our doorbell offering a free inspection of our roof we knew God had sent us an angel. Will was very professional and did the inspection right then and there. He then proceeded to contact our insurance compnay to have an inspector come and do another inspection to prove that we indeed need to have our roof replaced. UNBELIEVABLE Customer Service! Aspen was terrific to work with. Christine, our Representative, contacted us regularly, was here to make sure it all went well, and even helped with a change we needed to make. She met my insurance adjuster on site, agreed on everything and the next week I had a new roof! I would use them again, but unless we have a giant storm I wont need to, because the roof has such a great warranty. HIGHLY recommend.

Aspen has done two projects for us now. A roof replacement due to storm damage and now a replacement on our conservatory due to age. They are always very professional. The crews are very good. They want to make sure you are satisfied and will do what it takes to make sure the job is completed to your satisfaction. We are using them for a second home we are building as well. Eight years ago, after a very bad hailstorm in our area, Aspen put a new roof on our house. The job was done quickly and professionally. Now jump ahead to this past weekend, when we had wind gusts of 66mph, which ripped some shingles off our roof. I called Aspen's 800-number on Sunday afternoon and was told someone would contact me.
