We were referred from a friend that had his roof done and he was very happy with them. We decided to have them come and check our roof after we had a severe hail storm, to find out that we had hail damage on our house and roof. Dwight came and did an inspection and found that we did have damage, He came back when the insurance inspector came by. He was on the job site during the installation periodically. I had my roof and gutters replaced because of hail damage . Aspen did a fine job on both. My only complaint would be that I asked them to put down tarps to keep nails out of my yard and although they promised they would they didn't . I have found lots and lots of nails in my yard which does not make me happy since I have lots of grandchildren that come and play here . They also did my window wraps and it took three times to get it right so I would not recommend having them do your windows . But my roof and gutters look great... read more
We have had a wonderful experience with Aspen, they were so professional and all worked together every well to get of our hail damage taken care of , we had Frank from Aspen who was wonderful , Frank is a great asset to Aspen he made sure to take such good care of us . We just want to say thank you to Frank S., project manager at Aspen Contracting, Inc., and his crew out of Maryville, Illinois. My husband and I had roof and gutter damage to our home from a recent hail storm. We contacted our insurance company and was given Aspen's name through their claims adjustor. Frank called us almost immediately and set up an appointment to look over the damage. He was on time and did a very thorough job of checking our roof, gutters and siding. The Bengtson family just finished a huge project with Aspen, new roof inside work also, we did have a bump along the way, Jody stepped in and gave great customer service to make things right!!!
