Aspen Contracting came to my home in May 2018 after wind and hail storm. Barry Giardono was my project consultant he was very professional and kind. He assured me of the quality of work and reliability of the company because I was unsure about hiring someone from out of state. He was there through the whole process and was always available. Aspen re-shingled our roof and replaced our gutters due to hail damage. Vanesa did a great job inspecting our roof, coordinating with our insurance company and making sure the job was done correctly. In regards to the crew they were eager to please and polite. They also did an exceptional job of cleanup. Especially with cleaning up nails off the ground.

I was so impressed with your project manager, Troy P******, what an amazing young man and if it was not for him, I would have never gone with this company only because I have never heard of this company, but Troy was persistant in our city of Cullman, Alabama, he never gave up even with the doors slamming in his face. Amazing!!! This company goes above and beyond seriously. I purchased new siding, roof and gutters from them in 2012. The siding had a peice in the back this past summer 17’. I called they came out the follow day fixed the issue and called to follow up. Fast forward to 2018 I just listed my house for sale and the day after I received an offer the roof started leaking into my dining room. I got my roof replaced in June of 2017 by Aspen. I heard about them through my church who had their entire roof replaced and did a great job. Initially, they came out and did a free inspection. They found weather related damage (hale). They also noted shingles I had initially installed was mandated by HOA and they had mfg. defect. Aspen rep. that did inspection (Mary ******) did a great job on initial evaluation, report details with pictures and then explained it all to me in great detail.
