By definition, having your roof replaced is not a service anyone desires to undertake. Our roof was replaced due to hail damage, and when that happens, restoration resources for the community at large are strained. Outstanding throughout entire process! A+. Florence totaled our roof. With so many claims in our area, I reached out to the Raleigh office for help. We are repeat customers and I was told an Aspen Group had been deployed to the NC coast. Neil was our Project Consultant and worked with us every step of the way. I have had a very positive experience so far with Aspen roofing. They have been most helpful in working with me on my hail damage from the June hailstorm and also the storm yesterday, the 6th of August. I have been very happy with their work so far.
