Tabitha, the front desk receptionist, is wonderful. She will go out of her way to take care of customers. The man that does insurance and appointments is also very nice.
Every one was so nice they tried hard to help me I'm going back Thursday and it was affordable I loved the dentist he was so nice
They got me right after I called. The staff & technitions were welcoming and so helpful. I ask for asap and that's what I got. I would without any hesitation recamend the aspen dental in ithica.
Longest X-ray session I've ever had. Thorough exam with recommendations on work needed. After talking with my insurance I feel I would be better off getting a second opinion on periodontal status and work in that regard with an in-network periodontist. I asked for the total cost of work needed and what the out-of-pocket expense would be. Finance manager seemed very knowledgable, but the financing rate was WAY too high! Cleanings and fillings needed will be all I do at Aspen.
I was very anxious, but was reassured I would not be in pain
Oral surgeon did a fantastic job and gave a follow up call about four hours after the procedure to make sure I was doing okay.

As expected. Great cleaning. Right on time. No waiting.
The staff was kind, courteous and very efficient. The Dentist was highly skilled and gentle with the drilling of my tooth. Overall it was a very good experience.
