Everyone was polite, welcoming, and friendly!
Employees were nice and the place was nice but I thought I was coming in for a cleaning. No one mentioned it was just a consultation when I made the appointment. Plus the X-ray tech, dental assistant and dentist, all 3 asked why I was there that day and I said all 3 times "Just for a cleaning." It wasn't until the dentist looked puzzled that a wasn't leaving her chair that I figured out there was no cleaning! Everyone was very nice and professional. I was made to feel welcomed & taken care of! The clinic was very clean & proper. I was treated by Dr. Ashwani at the crossroads location; she was great! She explained everything to my husband and I. We talked to Cara the Regional Manager about the financial aspect of it and without medical insurance, she made us feel relieved about the cost!
The office tried to reschedule my visit for almost a month later. However, with me being in so much pain, the office was able to squeeze me in. I got two wisdom teeth pulled, and it wasn't bad at all, the Dr explained everything that was going to be done before it was done, and we were done in less than 5 minutes. Would recommend.
Everyone was very nice and professional
The hygienist Amanda was very rough and seemed not to care about my discomfort. When I told her she was rough she brushed it off. I eventually told her to stop the cleaning as I was in pain and just to finish with the polishing and flossing so I could leave. Any other work I have done here I won't have her do it.
