1/24/23 first visit ever to Aspen. Everyone there was friendly and professional. From the front desk to the business office and everything in between. The initial exam & xrays were probably the most thorough I've ever had at any dental practice. Every step was explained to me before it happened and questions were welcomed. I dislike dental visits with great passion. The friendly staff put me at ease with kind remarks when they saw the great anxiety I was experiencing. I was reassured by the technician that took the X-rays with her bright smile and positive attitude. The wait for the Dr. was minimal . She was very efficient, thorough and professional. Dr Bob and all the staff at your Watertown location are so wonderful. He explains everything to the t. The whole staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely going to keep coming back!
