New upper denture Facility very nice and clean, staff very professional. Excellent quality denture made in one week. Price was reasonable and Dr.'s and staff very professional. I never waited for more that a few minutes for my appt's. Highly recommend this location!!
Amazing care and everyone here is amazing. Doctors, dental hygienist, front desk, financial manager and everyone was friendly, kind and welcoming. Thank you again.

BEWARE: At the time of writing this review 11 of 12 reviews are only 1 star so my experience is not unique. While all the staff is super nice and as helpful as they can be and the facility is clean and pleasant, the only dentist that works at this location is absolutely horrible. I went in experiencing pain and in need of some urgent work done on two teeth to begin with, knowing that there was also some additional work that needed to be done in the near future. I called because I had a dental abscess and required emergency treatment. When I arrived, I noted that the sign on the door and the website said free exam and x-rays for new patients if not using insurance. I indicated that I had insurance but none of it it was covered because I had already met my annual maximum. I asked why I was being charged over $200 when it would not be processed through my insurance anyway, and was told by the receptionist (a redheaded male, which I mention only so future patients know he is deceptive ... read more

Pathetic and Horrible Customer Service, management and faculty by Aspen Dental Morton Grove. I was not satisfied with my hygiene service and wanted to redo it then their management told me that you don't need the service. And make a new appointment and pay full amount on the day of service; otherwise we don't give you service. Id give you a zero if I could. Went for an exam the usual deep cleaning not covered by insurance. Did the X-rays and exam so they could get paid. There assessment was 6300.00 dollars I had to have the deep cleaning etc etc. When I spoke to Rick I wanted to go over my bill that they expected. Charge 30.00 for this cancer test which I signed and said no but on bill, 135 for OralB Tooth brush that I said I already had another 135.00 dollars. It is a bait and switch. They don't charge for the first visit, but they told me I needed about $5,000 worth of work, including deep cleaning, then a series of antibiotic treatments and also a filling. They refused to just give me a regular cleaning. I went to my old dentist (who didn't take my new "discount program") and he said I didn't need anything. Just a regular cleaning.

I was happy to see new dental office in Morton Grove and myself and my husband stop by for check out and we end up make appointment for deep cleaning. However deep cleaning wasn't that good and still left brown spot. Also ASPEN dental cost is more than twice higher than any other dentist office. I am not recommend ASPEN dental to anyone. Check with other dentist! We have a worse experiance with a lot of money.
