I highly recommend dr A he goes above and out of this world for his patients I’ve been with him for almost three years now. Yesterday had an emergency with my implants and he made room for me asap. Went in with pain left in none what so ever. He isn’t money hungry. He does what’s best for his patients he won’t try to over charge or send you on a journey that’s not necessary. I visited Aspen Dental at the Northlake Charlotte location today. My experience was above expectations. Special thanks to the owner, Dr Alagic, and his very kind assistant, Maria, for taking care of me. I explained during the exam, that I had not visited a dentist since teenage years, and that I was experiencing a crippling level of anxiety. Nick in the front office was absolutely wonderful in connecting me with Dr. Heather Ryan for my root canal. He went the extra mile, especially after not being successful in getting an initial appointment as a new patient. There was a flash tornado warning during my visit after I was in the chair. Dr. Ryan asked if I wanted to stop and come back. After I indicated no, she and her assistant demonstrated a fervent dedication in getting me the relief I needed. I am so grateful 😇.

My experience with Aspen first the facility was very clean. Staffing was excellent. I wasn't able to keep my appointment schedule. The staff took care of that the Dr was still able to see me the same day. The professionalism was fantastic, I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.
