I am on the fence about giving Aspen between 3 and 4 stars. I visited this practice because I selected the wrong dental plan with my employer. That didn't help my frame of mind knowing I could not visit my regular dentist, whom I like very much. My first visit was a required assessment of my teeth. Then, the cleaning was scheduled. My father had dentures made here and the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. We were having a terrible experience with another office, and Katyann and the Aspen team at this location took his case and took care of him. He has been extremely satisfied, particularly with the denture making process.

Dr. Ahuja really came through. I had a very bad tooth ache which caused my face to swell. I was in terrible pain. I called around to some dentists and told them my situation, but they all wanted to charge an arm and a leg for having to work on a Sunday. When I called Dr. Ahuja, he immediately showed concern and made me feel like he actually cared about helping me find a solution to my problem. Paid $3600 for a cleaning and gum cleaning. Was quoted $600 for bite guard. Went to pick it up and they wanted $1300! Because they didn't charge enough for my cleaning and prepay for my next cleaning as if I'd ever give them another dime . I walked out and they said I would still owe for the bite guard since they made the mold. They can charge all they want! I wish I had read the read the reviews before spending a penny there!

Went to get denture alignment. All I got was a implant sells pitch and a bill for a ton of xrays. Complete waste of time and $. The assistant lied to me about my insurance covering the xray 100%. Why would I need Xray for a denture alignment? Wish I'd read the reviews first.

Terrible service I brought my son in on several occasions to have work done only to be told that he needed an exam. No work was ever done now. I need work done and they say I need to pay for exam plus the reason for the visit not good customer service I am pissed. Not to mention that the office did not tell me I was going to have to pay for an exam again when I called before I went to the office. Please go anywhere but here, a waste of time and money. The workers were friendly enough but I was coming in for an emergency of sorts and was in so much pain. Wasted my whole morning, they did X-rays that put me in even more pain

I just returned from a fruitless appointment with Aspen Dental. Luckily it only cost me $29.00. I have been a consumer of regular dental services since 2003 and none of my previous dentists ever said anything like the clowns at Aspen just suggested. First I must have my teeth pulled in favor of a partial dentures. This would be preceded by a "special" gingivitis" cleaning for $468.00. Recently moved to a new state, so I needed a dentist. My mother set me up with Aspen, didn't look too far into them, so I had no idea. Set me up with this plan, and told me it wouldn't be a problem to drop, when my work insurance kicked in. Got my insurance, so I told them to close out the plan, and switch me over to mine, now the "plan" I had is in collections. I'm in for 1700 dollars, with no work done yet. Thanks for nothing.
