Customer service/scheduling will apparently tell you anything to get you in there to try to knock you over the head with charges. I was told my insurance was accepted until they called to confirm my appointment, they asked for my insurance information. I was told "yea they just tell you whatever they want" so NO I will not confirm my appointment, and I cancelled my father's appointment in VA. I don't want to help support their BS business, in any state!!!

Don't come to this location. One of the young dentist there tried to robbery my wife money. I took my wife there for The first time. They did her X-ray and the dentist stated she needed seven teeth remove within a week, and need implant teeth also. I had a second opinion from my friend that we should go to her dentist to try out. We went to another dental office. We told the dentist what we went to at aspen dental. Horrible service and communication. I gave my new insurance information before the appointment. Someone didn't change it, so today I gave it again and was six minutes late. I was told they couldn't see me for my appointment because there was a problem with my insurance, and I was six minutes late. The second Aspen Dental with poor service. Not returning to this chain.
Aspen Dental is the worst dentistry I have ever encountered. They made my dentures incorrectly and then couldn't fix them. This caused facial collapse a year later from improperly made dentures. Do not go to these people. They have no idea what they are doing. They also use cheap materials which have caused poor chewing and dentures that move around in your mouth considerably. The dentures I have were supposed to be permanent dentures. I needed new ones within a year from all the problems they caused including facial collaps... read more

HORRIBLE!!! in every way. Visited two separate locations and the experience was the same. I'm still waiting for a refund from October 2021. Had to give them at least one star otherwise it'd be ZERO

IF YOU NEED DENTAL WORK You might as well do your own Denistry! They are money hungry and try to add extras on your bill then they don't finish their work. **** Stay away from Aspen!

I'm 65 years old and been to dentists on regular cleanings. I always keep healthy with my body with regular checks. Though I had come across a couple of dental clinics that I felt they were not my favorite. But this one is far worse than anyone. I'm not medical professionals but have relatives in this business oversea and in west coast. This one is totally unacceptable. Only if you are ready to let them fool you. I had visited during the pandemic because my dentist was full and this place had an appointment available. I had to have a tooth extracted, no problem. However, after there was a potential piece of something found when I went to get my implant. Dr. Vanja Alagic, was great in getting me in right way for a 3D Scan, and has given a few follow ups, however, that office staff is horrible. Horrible and not professional at all. Worst experience I ever had at a dental office they over charged me and billed my insurance after the procedure and lied and said they called they insurance company to get a pre estimate. I called the ins company they stated they never called and don't give pre estimates over phone. They tell you what they think you want to hear. Just all in all they are rip offs period. !
