Y'all DO NOT do business with aspen dental in Mount airy. They are absolutely by far the most unprofessional, deceitful company I have EVER done business with in my life. This is coming from someone who has worked for corporate companies in customer service. So this is a long story. i'm living a nightmare!! i went to the concord office. dr. lee pulled four 4 molars on top right away. all but one upper molar i had left.i have x-rays from another dentist a year ago. it shows no reason why 2 of those 4 molars should have been pulled. he makes a "temp" partial. the partial never fit. it was too big then he shaved it down too much and now it's loose. never have been able to wear it. dr. lee never told me these were temporary and were not for eating.... and that a clip-on denture would be my final appointmen... read more

Absolutely the worst place to consider as a real company. Scammers? Yes!! The loop holes you have to jump through to get them to finish the work is insane. Had to call customer complaint support just to get them to answer the phone. Alagic ( refuse to call him a dr or dentist) didn't finish the work, left me in a nightmare situation, won't answer my phone calls (cause he knows I want a full refund), cancelled finishing our agreement, cancelled every bit of my 7 year warranty. Before you set appointment at this location, please consider all other dental offices. The customer service at this location sucks. It has truly been disappointing and aggravating. They dish out the "I don't care" attitude once they get your money at this location. I sent a letter addressing some issues I had with the service I received. My name is Salomie Davie, I came to Aspen about a year and a half ago. I got a set of dentures,I paid $900 for them.I had to go back 4 times to get work done on them. I am writing because it's 2 years later the dentures are so thin that you can see your hand through them. That just the top,I can't keep the bottom in my mouth they hurt so bad.
