They are liars they told me my cost would be 0 because Medicare would cover all expenses. And they knew that was not true. They did upper and lower plate which I only need lower but because the goverment was paying for it, they took it vantage of it. my bill came up to $6000 and they knew that Medicare was only going to pay 3500 so they thought I would pay the other 2500. Absolutely do not consider “Dr.” Alagic of his office a place for dental care! His work is nothing short of harmfully life altering. He has charged me 30,000 to mess my whole mouth up, focused me to be on a liquid diet, and canceled every bit of my 7 year warranty. The minute they knew I was upset they stopped taking phone calls for me. You will have to call them from unknown numbers. The amount of games and lies they do are absolutely childish. Run!!!! This place is a painful, time wasting, lying, and money stealing places. Beyond a cure painful joke of a place. If you or your love ones are looking for true help, look outside this office & Aspen Dental altogether. They got me for 30,000 and it’s still costing me more money. In the middle of that told me I need to have a wisdom tooth pulled. Dr. Alagic took me it would be quick and easy & it would be 400$. This place is a rip off. My elderly mother has been dealing with them since last year in attempt to get a partial. She has had multiple bogus appointments where she is there well over two hours sometimes close to five hours. We are talking simple procedures like cleaning and x-rays. When I called to confront them today the simple minded front desk guys proceeds to tell me that her visits have been free.
