I'd give a lower star rating if one was available. My fisrt visit to hve my few remaining teeth removed before getting dentures should have told me everything. When he gave me the shot in the roof of my mouth he didn't warn me how painful it was going to be. So I yelled from the pain, he walked out on me because of my reaction. That was in February 2025. They have zero communication. They lie. They don't do well. They mess up when sizing dentures. If I could leave a zero star or even a negative I would. This place is absolute trash. They lie on what they bill so they can charge you more. They say you can't do things you can because they make no money if you do things yourself. For example they say you can't use over the counter denture glue or strips so you can have to go in for them to charge you to do it.

BEWARE: Aspen Dental in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Located at 2424 Louisiana Blvd #501, directly east from the mall. Anyway, please please please stay as far away from Navbir Aurora, DDS (DDS apparently that is) as you can get. He is the franchise OWNER of this location, (I get the impression there is A LOT of family working there including Chris the "office manager" so don't try to complain because you'll get your *** torn apart by him and Auora...fast. Don't waste your time and money! Beware of their hidden fees. I was left my face bruised from my eyes down to my throat! Half way through the procedure I started to feel extreme pain. I was told I couldn't have any more pain meds because they had to save it for my bottom teeth. I was expected to proceed while they continued to pull more teeth even though I could feel it! If you go to this Aspen Dental office make a recording of everything you are told because you will need it in your defense later. Made an appointment to have an adjustment made on my denture. They scheduled me right in. I arrived and filled out all the forms and gave my insurance information they told me I needed an X-ray. Why an x-ray when all I needed was to have a denture adjustment? I was told EVERYONE has to have an x-ray so the dentist can see what is going on and there was no charge. A denture cutting a gum will not s... read more

I wrote my review on here over 4 months ago. Righ after that, I was contacted by the regional manager for aspen dental, Nicole Peters, who sent an email asking what she could do to resolve my complaint. I replied to the email and asked for an apology from the office manager for the bad treatment and making baseless accusations, and to move my treatment to a different office. Since then, I never heard anything back and my complaint was ignored again!

I went in for a a check up schedule a cleaning only for my appointment date to come and find out that because they are "short staffed" no one was able to confirm my appointment. I waited a month for this appointment and asked for time off at work to show up and not have an appointment. This was very inconvenient and unprofessional. This was a complete turn off for me, and will not continue further business with them.

The not so friendly boy Christopher stated he was the boss and did not have a supervisor and for me to call there corporate office. I would not ever go here unless you love to wait all day. Then I left my teeth and was told to come pick them up at 2:30 a bunch of none truthful people work there. I will be filing a grievance with the state of New Mexico on medical ethics. They told me 3 things: 1. I have grade 2 periodontal disease and need $950 worth of scaling before I can get my teeth cleaned. 2. All 7 of the crowns my previous dentist did need to be replaced. 3. My tooth brushing has worn the enamel off the tops of my canines and I need fillings that will need to be redone every 1-3 years because of their location.
