I called this weekend for an emergency dental. I was in so much pain I ended up in the ER because the dentist said " he had to leave office " I couldn't hardly understand him but he said he could get me in tomorrow. He was not friendly or compassionate. My thing is if you have a dental office that states " walk ins, emergency care" and it shows on website you are open. Don't feed your customers false info. Walk-ins are welcome, however our ability to accept walk-ins does depend on the number of staff, patients and procedures they have on a given day. Our office does make every effort to accept as many walk-ins as possible but scheduling a visit is the best way to ensure that you’re seen quickly.
Everything can be done to fix issues, first off the office is open just like their other branches that they have but I guess they got tired of the negative reviews, secondly they only care about upselling and not dealing with the main issues, also it's odd that it's OK for a client to wait the long waiting hours but you cancel an appointment and they want to throw a fit, thirdly no wonder they have a huge turnover rate, always do you're due diligence and you will find a dentist who will work with you not the other way around... read more

I went back after the discourteous wait at lunch hour. The receptionist will not offer denture repair WITHOUT a full dental check up with them. I have run into this before. I just want my top denture repaired I do not want a new dentist.

I went there during lunch hour. There was a sign saying please sit down and wait. . . . I waited for over 30 minutes then left.
Reviewing the Louisiana location. Poor management of appointment times. After an hour of waiting for my husband's appointment I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be and she said at least another 30 minutes. We left and will not reschedule.

No one seemed to care about my time. No communication or concern for extended wait. When I asked about it 45 min later "oh we are short staffed" smh. Once they did bring me in the operations manager came to me and gave me his card and reassured me I was a priority. I was proceeded to be gagged and prodded for an hour because "they" do it right. I'd give a lower star rating if one was available. My fisrt visit to hve my few remaining teeth removed before getting dentures should have told me everything. When he gave me the shot in the roof of my mouth he didn't warn me how painful it was going to be. So I yelled from the pain, he walked out on me because of my reaction. That was in February 2025. They have zero communication. They lie. They don't do well. They mess up when sizing dentures. If I could leave a zero star or even a negative I would. This place is absolute trash. They lie on what they bill so they can charge you more. They say you can't do things you can because they make no money if you do things yourself. For example they say you can't use over the counter denture glue or strips so you can have to go in for them to charge you to do it.
