The not so friendly boy Christopher stated he was the boss and did not have a supervisor and for me to call there corporate office. I would not ever go here unless you love to wait all day. Then I left my teeth and was told to come pick them up at 2:30 a bunch of none truthful people work there. I will be filing a grievance with the state of New Mexico on medical ethics. Seeing bye looking at they have less then a star no wonder why they act the way they do and I'm sure if there corporate office knew about there so called of... read more

They told me 3 things: 1. I have grade 2 periodontal disease and need $950 worth of scaling before I can get my teeth cleaned. 2. All 7 of the crowns my previous dentist did need to be replaced. 3. My tooth brushing has worn the enamel off the tops of my canines and I need fillings that will need to be redone every 1-3 years because of their location. And they want to upswell me a fluoride treatment not approved by insurance. Went to another dentist for second opinion: 1. I have good hygiene and don't have periodontal ... read more

I went to Aspen dental because I was in excruciating pain and had a swollen jaw from a bad tooth. The hygienist was great but things changed when I saw the dentist. The hygienist had said that all the bacteria in my mouth could affect my heart but when I spoke with the dentist, she wanted to pull 2 teeth right away. If I already have the bacteria in my mouth won't it go right in my bloodstream when she pulls the tooth? Not to mention the fact that putting a needle in my swollen jaw did not seem like a good idea. I wanted ... read more

These are not dentists they are salespersons. The man quoted me $1,000 to get my wisdom teeth removed and wanted me to pay HALF down that day. (Another dentist office quoted me $500 for the procedure and there is no down payment required). Also, the man tried selling me a $150 toothbrush after I said no 4 times. He kept going on about prices and pressuring me to purchase. After this experience I knew I wouldn't be coming back. I don't trust money eaters!!

Business response:

Hi Katie, I’m really sorry that your experience didn’t live up to expectations. Aspen Dental practices do try to ensure their prices meet or beat market prices. If would like to discuss the care plan you received during your visit, or if you need any additional care in the future, the team and I would still be happy to try to help. – Michelle, ADMI

Went into dental office half hour early as told. Went 15 minutes for person to help me. Four people went in after and were helped before me. When told I had appointment, was told I still had 15 minutes to wait. Christopher was rude to me. Told him to cancel my appointment and he said that was fine with him. I won't be going back

Business response:

I only switched here for my 6 mo. check up/cleaning because my prior dentist was near my work office but with the CV they were now too far away. I had to leave after this scheduled basic check up/cleaning that I was told would last 1 hour or a little more (like they all do, right?) was not done at 2 hours and 30 mins. because the office had ONLY one dentist & he had still not given me my real check up! Who knows when we would get to me and now my 3 pm appt. was coming up on 6 pm! Again, only one dentist for this whole practi... read more

The "dentist" treated my partner with contempt and condescension when she questioned his diagnosis of a cracked tooth. It turned out to be a n abscess. He prescribed a completely ineffective medication while his smarmy office manager worked up a bogus treatment plan and cost estimate. These clowns should be driven out of business.

Business response:

I am so sorry Bertrand; this was not the experience we want for our patients. If you haven't called the Patient Satisfaction team yet, they would appreciate the opportunity to talk to you: 1-866-767-0890. - Mitch, ADMI

The staff were courteous. The dentist, not so much. Extremely arrogant. I asked a question about how an overbite can cause super eruption of the teeth and that apparently bruised his fragile ego. Usually I find that dentists/doctors are eager to talk about the specifics of their craft. Not this guy.

Business response:

$6,000.00 to pull 6 teeth and another $3,500.00 to make it ready to put in implants! Affordable dentures advertises that tooth extraction is $89.00. I feel like I've been raped! I am so mad at myself for ever having gone there. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM, AT ALL! If could rate them zero stars I would.
