The staff were courteous. The dentist, not so much. Extremely arrogant. I asked a question about how an overbite can cause super eruption of the teeth and that apparently bruised his fragile ego. Usually I find that dentists/doctors are eager to talk about the specifics of their craft. Not this guy.

$6,000.00 to pull 6 teeth and another $3,500.00 to make it ready to put in implants! Affordable dentures advertises that tooth extraction is $89.00. I feel like I've been raped! I am so mad at myself for ever having gone there. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM, AT ALL! If could rate them zero stars I would.

I called to ask if they could fix my broken denture and they said yes come to us right away and they will fix it. I said am an hour away and will be there, I get there and they said are technician had to leave, they were sorry but could not help me. Wasted 2 hours of my day plus 20 dollars in gas to get there. I'm not happy. I feel I should be compensated. What do you think?

I agree with the other review. It should be a zero. I was very disappointed that I was told I would get a partial then a final denture. I was never told it was dependent on the healing of my gums. Every time I went in to get an adjustment on my dentures which fit horribly, I was told not to worry because I will be getting a "metal" final denture. Now I find out that it's a permanent one is not included in the price that was given to me at the beginning and they never had plans to give me a final denture. Now if I want a fina... read more

I am having severe tooth pain and when I located aspen dental and saw that they accepted aetna dmo insurance Which is also advertised on their website it was such a relief since so many other dentists don't accept that insurance so I scheduled an appointment before Driving 40 miles to them I called them just to make sure they accept my insurance the first girl I talked to said no we don't accept that insurance and I asked why is it advertised on the website and her response "I'm not sure" so I called their second number and ... read more

Should be ZERO stars. They are scam artists recommending expensive cleanings and refusing to give the patient a choice to do standard insurance covered cleanings. Google Aspen dental fraud to learn a lot more about this company.
