Aspen Dental is always clean with no long waiting times! They r patient & u don't have 2 feel embarrassed about ur mouth! they do not judge u!!! Aspen is definitely recommended 4 ur oral health care!!!
The care I received from my hygienist was top notch. She was very thorough, explaining everything she did, and has a light touch even though I'm receiving treatment for periodontal disease. Add the great 80s music playing, the dreaded dentist appointment couldn't get much better!

Fantastic experience. Took me as a walk in with tooth pain. Hardly any wait. Had to go back the following week to get a tooth pulled. Dr. Kim, the oral surgeon was fantastic and has an amazing bedside manner. They also take my insurance. Very, very pleased.

They did the circular xray as well as other xrays and a brief exam for free so I was pleased. Came back for cleaning and was charged $127 with $50 paid by my insurance with Physicians Mutual. So far I am pleased.

Apryl Hygienist was excellent ! Doctor professional and fine. Waiting room with Judge shows was quite painful.

"Aspen Dental is easily one of the worst dental practices I have ever dealt with. They routinely cancel appointments on the exact day you are supposed to go in, giving you barely any notice at all. To make matters worse, after scrambling to get a new appointment scheduled, they called and canceled the rescheduled one as well. It took me forever just to get in for a basic initial visit. Pretty useless. They gave me a quick appointment when my temporary crown came off (originally put in at an out of town dentists office). But a week later it popped off again, and they said I couldn't get an appointment for another month. My only option is to walk in every day and hope they had an opening. I can't even call in to find out, I have to physically go to the office every day. Pretty poor customer service in my opinion.

Called Aspen Dental in need to put a cap back that fell off. I had the cap and from prior experience with my dentist back in NJ it would only take a couple of minutes to put it back. I was told by scheduling that walk ins were welcome. upon arrival at the Berlin office, I observed all the waiting room chairs were empty. After the front office staff checking with the attending dentist, I was told that he could not accommodate my request. I went home disappointed.
